  • These parishioners assist in serving Communion during Mass and can help distribute the Eucharist to those who are home bound or can not make it to mass.

  • The Greeters' Ministry is one of extending God's hospitality to all while at St. Isidore Parish. Greeters are the Host or Hostess of our parish.  We extend a sincere welcome to all as they enter the Lord's house, and do whatever we can to ensure that each person feels comfortable and loved as they participate in the Liturgy of the Word.

  • Lectors proclaim the first and second readings. They immerse themselves in the Scripture passages by reading them and praying with them before the Liturgy.

  • Servers, sometimes called acolytes, assist the priest by taking care of the books and objects used in the liturgy, so the celebrant can focus on the prayers and ritual actions. To serve as a server one must be in the 4th grade or up.

  • Ushers assist with the collection during Mass and seating the assembly. They are responsible for keeping Mass counts for every Mass.
